Brubaker’s Pub Events!
1. Get a Monday Night Madness Punch Card at any Brubaker’s Pub locations.
2. Each Punch Card has 16 spaces for the Monday Night Football games.
3. When you go to Brubaker’s Pub for Monday Night Madness, have your card punched or stamped.
4. Each Monday you attend Monday Night Madness, your card will be punched/stamped on the appropriate week number
5. It is not necessary to have every week punched/stamped to be eligible for the drawing.
6. No purchase necessary to receive punch/stamp.
7. Off Duty Employees are eligible for the drawing.
8. At the conclusion of Monday Night Madness, each punch/stamp on your card is an entry into the Grand Prize. For example: If you have all 16 games punched/stamped, you will receive 16 seperate entries into the drawing. If you have all 5 games punched/stamped, you will receive 5 seperate entries into the drawing.
9. The Grand Prize drawing will be held in January or February 2009 and you must be present to win.
10. The location and exact date of the Grand Prize Drawing will be announced.
11. Contest begins September 8, 2008 and concludes December 22, 2008.
12. Brubaker Organization Management reserves the right to resolve any questions or discrepancies or to discontinue promotion without prior notice.
